I am a Landlord/Property Manager and my tenant(s) submitted an ERAP application. How can I check their application status?

Landlords and property managers must submit a landlord portal request form in order to access the online community portal. Once logged in, landlords can check the status of ERAP applications submitted by their tenant(s).

As of June 30th 2023 all ERAP disbursements have been sent. If you have questions regarding your disbursement please reach out to achs-erap@centrolegal.org

When can I expect a payment for my Approved application?

Is the program continuing to accept new applications?

No, the program stopped accepting new applications on May 13, 2022.

Is the eviction moratorium over?

The Alameda County eviction moratorium ended on April 29, 2023, but you may still have important protections from eviction. Click here to learn more.

How do I report fraud, waste, or abuse?

All Alameda County Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) employees and contractor employees have a responsibility to report fraud, waste, and abuse that they suspect are occurring or have occurred. The public is invited to share such concerns. 

  • Any suspected fraud in connection with the Alameda County Housing Secure Emergency Rental Assistance Program should be reported to HCD for immediate review. The Alameda County Housing Secure Emergency Rental Assistance Program reserves the right to decline funding or participation if it is determined that fraud has occurred.
